Driving With Care® is a nationally recognized and approved DWI/DUI cognitive-behavior education program and we are certified Driving With Care® Program providers.
We offer both the Level I (12 classroom hours) and Level II (24 classroom hours) DUI/DWI Education classes with the classes held in 2 hour sessions.
We work collectively with the Minnesota seven-county metro area probation authorities (Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, Washington, and Carver).
We also work with attorneys, the courts and probation offices in counties outside of the Twin Cities metro area and probation offices in other states providing classes for DUI/DWI offenders or underage offenders needing to complete their education probation requirements within the Twin Cities metro area.
In addition, we assist those who need a class to fulfill a license reinstatement requirement for Minnesota as well as those from other states.
About the Driving With Care® Program
Driving With Care means caring about yourself and caring about others.
The Driving With Care® programs are built on the approach that we make changes in our actions by changing the way we think.
Through program lessons clients gain the knowledge and skills to change their thinking so they can change their actions. This is accomplished through class lessons, discussions and assignments. The program assignments include exercises and worksheets to help apply the topics and material to each person’s own situation.
The purpose of the Driving With Care® program is to help develop skills to:
- prevent future driving while impaired by alcohol or other drugs.
- avoid a future pattern of alcohol or other drug use that have caused problems in the past and led to driving while impaired.
