Services for License Reinstatement or Out-of-State Court Issues

Driver's License Reinstatement

Have you been unable to renew your Minnesota Driver’s License due to a past DWI (or similar charge) in another state?

We have helped many out-of-state clients satisfy their court or DMV requirements. In addition to Minnesota, we work with clients from a number of states providing services to help clients with license reinstatement or court-ordered programs.

Chemical Health Assessment

Most states require a chemical health assessment be completed in order to determine the level of personal involvement with alcohol or other drugs. The recommendations made by the assessor must be completed, such as a class or treatment.

We work with many non-Minnesota courts, DMVs, and attorneys to help individuals from out-of-state complete a chemical health assessment and/or meet their DWI class requirement.

DWI / DUI Class Options

We offer many class options to help meet the requirements of DMVs and courts from around the country, including One Day Classes, 12 Hour Classes and 24 Hour Classes. These are live instructor-led classes held virtually via Zoom.

If online classes (self-paced, pre-recorded) are acceptable, check out the online class options.
