Access Behavioral Change is the premier provider for chemical health and anger services in the Twin Cities.
We are a counseling and educational agency providing chemical health assessments and anger assessments, as well as supportive DWI/alcohol and drug awareness classes. to meet court, DMV, school, or employment requirements or personal concerns.
Our clients are from the Twin Cities metro area, as well as other Minnesota counties. We also assist individuals from states outside of Minnesota with license reinstatement and court-ordered programs.

Chemical Health Assessments
We provide unbiased, fair chemical health assessments to evaluate your personal involvement with alcohol and/or drugs and then if appropriate provide recommendations.
Anger/Domestic Abuse Assessments
Do you need an anger or domestic abuse evaluation for court or for an employer? Divorce or child custody concerns regarding anger?
Out of State DWI Services for License or Court Issues
We have helped many out-of-state clients satisfy their court or DMV requirements. We work with clients from a number of states and counties in Minnesota.
One Day DWI Classes
Looking for a One Day DWI / Alcohol and Drug Awareness Class to fulfill a court or license reinstatement requirement? Are you from Hennepin County, another Minnesota county or out-of-state? Our instructor-led training is delivered online via Zoom. Completion certificates are submitted on behalf of our clients.
Driving With Care Classes
We offer 12 and 24 hour DWI/Alcohol and Drug Awareness classes. These are cognitive behavioral based programs to fulfill probation, court or DMV requirements. The courses are instructor-led and delivered online via Zoom. Proof of enrollment and course completion documents are provided.
Online DWI Classes - Self Paced
These classes are online only. They are not live-virtual classes.
Make sure non-instructor-led classes meet the guidelines required by the court (or county) of your arrest.
